Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. (GHA) was retained by the Wynstone Property Owners to rehabilitate the roadway improvements in the The Wynstone Subdivison, facilitated by FirstService Residential. GHA designed project documents to correct storm sewer issues, curb removal and replacement, asphalt removal, base repair and installation of new pavement.

GHA provided Resident Engineering for the construction and maintained a public relations project website while working with the residents on a daily basis.
