Gewalt Hamilton Associates Appoints Brian Wesolowski, P.E., CFM, as Director of Civil Design

 

Vernon Hills, IL – Gewalt Hamilton Associates (GHA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Wesolowski, P.E., CFM, as Director of Civil Design. In this role, Brian will oversee the newly formed Civil Design Division, strengthening GHA’s ability to manage and execute projects across a wide range of markets.

With more than 15 years of experience, Brian will lead the integration of the municipal and site design divisions, enhancing collaboration and streamlining project execution.

Since joining GHA as an intern in 2007, Brian has progressed into key leadership roles, including Director of the Site Design Division, where he led several high-profile projects for both public and private clients. His approach emphasizes collaboration, technical proficiency, and adapting to the evolving challenges of modern infrastructure projects.

On Brian’s appointment, Todd Gordon, P.E., CEO, emphasized, “Brian has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead by example, bringing both technical skill and a forward-thinking approach to his work. Brian holds Professional Engineering licenses in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, North Carolina, and Kentucky, and is also a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).

The formation of the Civil Design Division aligns with GHA’s long-term strategic plan to expand its service offerings and streamline project delivery. This division will support the firm’s continued growth by enhancing its ability to deliver innovative, client-driven solutions that meet the evolving challenges of public and private infrastructure projects.
